5. Refunds and Cancellations

—No refunds are available for digital products or online courses once accessed or downloaded.
—Live event and coaching bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment by contacting us directly.
—Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees unless required by law.

15. Shipping, Returns, and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact linda@lindabenn.com within 14 days of delivery for resolution.
We will replace or refund items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Once an item has been shipped, we cannot reroute or recall it.

16. Recurring Billing and Memberships

By registering, you agree to complete the entire twelve-month program and understand that cancellations or early terminations are not permitted except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All prices are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Payments may be made in full or through an approved installment plan.
Regardless of payment schedule, the total program fee remains payable in full once enrollment is confirmed.
This policy ensures that participant spaces, course materials, and personalized coaching sessions—reserved exclusively for you—remain available for the full duration of the program.

If unforeseen circumstances arise (such as serious illness or personal hardship), please contact linda@lindabenn.com.
At the sole discretion of Linda Benn International, options such as program deferment or partial credit may be considered.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, non-attendance, or lack of participation.
By completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

20. Copyright and Use of Materials

All materials, methods, systems, processes, recordings, videos, documents, worksheets, and teachings provided through The BENN Method™ Academy, the 12-Month Transformational Coaching Program, or any related online courses are the intellectual property of Linda Benn International and are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright treaties.

The BENN Method™ and all associated methodologies are proprietary systems developed exclusively by Linda Benn International.
They are provided solely for the personal use and benefit of the enrolled participant.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license to access and apply these materials for your own personal growth and professional development.
You may not share, teach, copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content, exercises, or materials—whether in part or in full—with other individuals, clients, or organizations without prior written consent from Linda Benn International.

Any unauthorized use, teaching, or distribution of these materials constitutes a breach of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action or termination of program access without refund.

By enrolling in any program, course, or coaching service, you acknowledge and agree to uphold these intellectual property protections.
