Feel your feet as you walk.
Take a few deep breaths at your desk.
Notice the flavour of your morning coffee.
These micro-moments disrupt the cycle of unconscious living.
5. Ask: What Do I Want to Feel?
Instead of setting endless goals, ask yourself what feeling you want to create. Freedom? Peace? Joy? Adventure?
Let your life decisions begin to align with those feelings. When you do, the right people, places, and experiences naturally follow.
