The new moon energy is a powerful time to focus on your intentions to create your future. 8 hours on either side of the new moon is best for focusing on your intentions.

The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle. The New Moon is a good time to commit to personal goals. These include taking a leap of faith, accepting imperfections in ourselves and in others as a different kind of “perfection,” starting a project that requires imagination and visualization skills, consciously putting time aside for peaceful and rejuvenating activities, and sharing a dream with another. We have the chance to make important changes in our lives.

We will do a powerful visualization meditation on our timeline to create our new reality on what we choose to attract into our life. Each group is different.

We discuss astrology and the influence of the planets and how the energy may affect you personally.

Focus on what you see, feel and observe! You are the creator of your reality… Be open to receiving the AHA’s & insights. This is a fun process 🙂

Linda had developed her own unique and highly effective meditations and incorporated this with various other meditation styles and covered subjects such as full body relaxation, brain rewiring, grounding, heart healing, body healing, chakra work, new moon and full moon sessions. Every mediation session was helpful in some way for me and I definitely became more relaxed in my mind and body.

I have since participated in more online meditations with Linda and other participants. I have also had the pleasure to meet Linda who is a vibrant, intelligent woman who is totally committed and passionate about her work.
